Job Description
-Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Distributors, Car Makers, and internal departments through regular communication, meetings, and business reviews.
-Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
-Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with automotive manufacturers.
-Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
-Review and verify warranty claims submitted by Distributors and Customers.
-Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing various marketing and business development projects.
- Find new customer in the OEM industry
- Drive market expansion and sales growth
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Marketing or any related major
・Min 3-5 years experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in automotive industry from manufacture or trading in Japanese company
・Have experience as supplier to OEM car manufacturers
・Have experience handling distributors
・Experience and understand Indonesian market automotive industry
・Business Level of English
