Job Description

・Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
・Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
・Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
・Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers.
・Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
・Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally.
・Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
・Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective and existing clients.
・Ensure all sales agreements align with company policies and approval processes.
・Coordinate sales activities with marketing programs and campaigns.
・Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
・Track sales performance against targets and identify improvement actions.
・Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
・Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market trends.
・Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree
・2 years of experience as Sales Marketing Staff handling Building Material from Manufacture.
