Job Description
- Promote and sell products in compliance with company standards and strategies - Achieve or exceed sales targets through market expansion (private & public sectors) - Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, midwives, and key decision-makers - Conduct regular client visits, surveys, and marketing activities to drive product adoption - Ensure proper coverage of target customers (Class A & B doctors) and meet activity standards - Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize results - Handle invoice collection when required - Plan and execute sales call activities and maintain accurate reports - Organize promotional activities and monitor competitor movements - Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and targets - Prepare weekly/monthly work plans and activity reports - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree graduate - High conversational English or above - Min. 2 years of experience as Sales/Marketing in Health sector, preferably in OBGYN or handling OBGYN related products - Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems independently - Own motorcycle & SIM C
