Job Description
・Manage and develop relationships with existing dealers and distributors ・Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage ・Monitor dealer sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets ・Conduct regular visits to dealers for business reviews and support ・Negotiate pricing, promotions, and sales agreements ・Plan and execute marketing programs to increase product awareness and sales ・Collaborate with dealers on in-store promotions, events, and campaigns ・Provide product training and sales support materials to dealers ・Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs ・Develop sales strategies for different regions and dealer segments ・Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management ・Forecast sales and manage inventory coordination with internal teams ・Support product launches and expansion into new markets ・Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) ・Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis ・Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Min. Diploma degree ・Business English proficiency for professional use ・1 year of experience as Sales Marketing handling Dealer from any industry. ・Experience in handling Audio Instruments (Pro Audio) is prefer
