Job Description
・Develop and maintain relationships with flexible packaging customers. ・Promote and sell laminating adhesives and related chemical products. ・Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. ・Handle sales activities: quotation, negotiation, order follow-up. ・Provide technical support in collaboration with internal technical team. ・Support product trials and troubleshooting at customer sites. ・Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. ・Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategy plans. ・Other duties also assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Degree from any. ・3 years of experience as Sales Marketing handling Flexible Packaing or Coatings from Japanese Manufacture. ・Business English proficiency. ・Valid driver’s license. ・Able to travel for business trips (such as Central Java, East Java, etc.).
