Job Description
- Collaborating with other teams(marketing, leagl, finance, technical, etc) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- After analysis, make reports and arrange with other teams, including joint venture companies, for the improvement
- Establishing and developing sales strategies to achieve business plan targets(visitors, bookings, PPJB, handover, AJB, etc).
- Collaborate with joint venture companies to manage and lead sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with joint venture companies and evaluate the Sales team for improvement.
- Negotiate/Convince joint venture companies and Support/Lead sales activity for business growth.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience as sales, including more than 3 years of experience as a sales manager in the property consulting or developer industry (Housing)
- Having marketing (analyzing data, including leads, visitors, and competitors, etc.) experience in the property industry
- Having experience in a landed project
- Having experience in working at/with foreign joint venture company
- English (Business level)
- Having good communication, strong negotiation skills, and strong mentality.
