Job Description

・Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
・Identify and acquire new customers
・Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts
・Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
・Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
・Provide technical consultation and product recommendations (flexible PU foam applications)
・Collaborate with customers on product development and application solutions
・Plan and implement marketing programs to promote urethane foam products
・Support new product launches and market penetration strategies
・Position the company as a reliable partner in foam solutions
・Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
・Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization.
・Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
・Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
・Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
・Lead and develop the sales team.
・Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Manager handling Foam product from any Chemical Trading or Manufacture.
・Business level English 
・Able to have frequent Business trip.
・Own SIM A

<Preferable Experience>
・Experience as Sales Marketing handling furniture products (urethane material) from Trading or Manufacturing
