Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Identify and acquire new clients and projects. ・Conduct negotiations with clients and maintain strong customer relationships. ・Develop and implement sales plans; monitor progress and analyze results. ・Coordinate and oversee sales activities across regional offices. ・Review and verify contract documents and quotations. ・Confirm cost estimates and ensure pricing accuracy. ・Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations. ・Travel domestically for client meetings and site visits as needed. ・Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary experience / skill> ・5–7 years of experience in sales within the plant equipment construction industry or related fields (e.g., electrical, water, or air systems). ・Proven track record of sales achievements. ・English proficiency at a high conversational level or above. ・Strong knowledge of the relevant industry. ・Experience managing subordinates and/or coordinating across multiple departments simultaneously. ・Prior experience in sales within plant equipment construction is preferred.
