Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks. - Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting. - Drive monthly and quarterly sales target achievement. - Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors; implement corrective actions. - Manage relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project agreements to ensure long-term partnerships. - Supervise and coach Internal; conduct field visits and joint customer meetings. - Ensure accurate CRM reporting and sales documentation. - Coordinate with marketing on branding, promotions, events, and product launches. - Prepare sales and forecast reports; monitor receivables and control pricing/discounts. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - Business English proficiency - 3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Assistant Manager handling Resin for Paint products from any Chemical Manufacture - A results-driven, customer-focused, and relationship-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities
