<Job Responsibilities> - Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding market share and meeting revenue goals within the oleochemical sector. - Explore new market trends and opportunities to broaden the product portfolio. - Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients, including those in the personal care, food, and industrial industries. - Manage contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, with clients. - Possess in-depth knowledge of oleochemical products, their uses, and the industries they support. - Keep abreast of technological innovations, regulatory developments, and evolving customer requirements in the oleochemical field. - Perform market research to uncover emerging trends and shifts in customer preferences. - Evaluate competitors’ offerings, pricing models, and market positioning. - Monitor and report on sales metrics, using market insights and historical data to forecast future performance. - Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment. - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and address issues related to product quality, delivery, or service. - Offer technical assistance to customers as needed. - Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to guarantee prompt deliveries and streamlined distribution. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from well known university ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as Sales Manager and 5 years in handling oleochemical (fatty acid, fatty alcohol, fatty ester, glycerol, surfactant) to personal care and cosmetic industry, with good understanding about the industry's production processes and chemical use ・Own SIM A ・Willing to do business trip ・Good communication and negotiation skill, good leadership skill and smart
