Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement the company’s annual business plan.
- Create and update the monthly sales operational plan.
- Oversee daily sales team activities, including order collection, drawing receipt and distribution to engineering, and management of customer documents.
- Prepare and validate pricing, and provide customer quotations.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to source specialized steel for projects.
- Coordinate production schedules and targets with the PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) team.
- Manage customer orders in coordination with PPIC.
- Serve as the main communication link between the company and its customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
・Active Business English skill
・Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales in a Steel Fabrication Manufactuing company with managerial experience
・Direct experience in leading sales team and developing sales plan
・Self-driven, creative, communicative, and able to perform well under pressure.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Active Japanese skill will be a plus point
