Job Description
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets - Develop and execute effective sales strategies from planning to on-site implementation - Identify and drive new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and interior designers - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth - Ensure all business activities are conducted with high ethical standards, integrity, and transparency - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineer, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years experience as manager and 10 years experience in aluminum building material industry (windows, doors) with exposure to high-end products for high-rise building and landed house projects/ tenders ・Have proven record in team management, integrity and strong network with building material dealer, distributors ・Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies effectively from planning to implementation ・Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high level of integrity, professionalism and ethical business conduct
