Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies for freight forwarding services (air, sea, land) and warehouse services.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers as well as carriers/subcontractors.
- Conduct credit research and manage outstanding payments.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and networking activities.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least High Conversational level of English.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics industry, and at least 3 years as Sales Manager at Freight Forwarding Business
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics solutions.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
