Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and action plans to achieve the company's sales objectives. - Prepare and manage the sales department's operational budget while ensuring efficient resource utilization. - Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to improve productivity and sales effectiveness. - Collaborate with HRGA team for member training to develop the team. - Coordinate with Legal for unit availability. - Monitor sales performance, analyze sales pipelines, and ensure the achievement of individual and departmental sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth and improve market competitiveness. - Collaborate with the Marketing Department to conduct market research and align sales strategies with customer demand. - Coordinate with Internal Audit and related departments to develop, review, and improve sales SOPs and operational processes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing customers, and business partners (such as financial institution) while providing strategic sales recommendations to management. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Diploma III - Conversational English proficiency - Min. 5 years as Sales Manager in Developer selling housing with unit price min. billions, experienced in leading and developing sales team that consistently achieve target - Own a Car - Have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, and good result-driven mindset
