Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the pigment sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and enter new markets.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with distributors, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers as needed.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support product customization or new product development based on market needs.
- Stay up to date on product formulations, applications, and performance features.
- Organize product presentations, technical seminars, and participate in industry exhibitions or trade fairs.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, production planning, and finance departments to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as Sales Marketing Manager handling Raw Chemical Pigment / Ink / Polymer from Chemical Manufacturing.
- Business English proficiency.
