Job Description
-Conduct new business development and client acquisition -Meetings in Japanese with Japanese clients -Identify organizational issues through employee surveys -Analyze strengths and weaknesses to discover and prioritize key challenges -Propose initiatives for organizational improvement -Provide ongoing support for implementing and driving organizational change -Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have a bachelor's degree (reputable university) ・Have Business-level Japanese skills (no need for certification) ・Have a strong interest in sales and consulting at this company, and resonate with its business and philosophy. ・Have Business English skills ・Have working experience in a Japanese company/Japan is a big advantage ・(Prefer) Have working experience as sales or consulting handling the intangible products (1st priorioty) or HR in anhy industry more than 2 years
