Job Description

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand the company's market presence
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the property, commercial real estate, and building management sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, asset management companies, investors, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders
- Manage strategic accounts and cultivate long-term partnerships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, service agreements, and business contracts
- Lead client presentations, business meetings, and project discussions to promote the company's building management solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to develop competitive service proposals that meet client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends
- Support the achievement of annual sales targets, business growth objectives, and overall corporate strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and business forums to strengthen brand presence and expand professional networks
- Work closely with the existing Marketing Manager to align marketing initiatives with business development strategies and corporate objectives
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Business level to Fluent in English
- Have 10 years of experience as Business Development, Client Acquisition or Key Account Management with 5 years of experience as Manager or Senior Manager in Property and Commercial Real Estate Industry
- Proven experience in generating new business opportunities, acquiring new projects, excellent client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, influencing capabilities, leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills
