Job Description
Position : Sales Japanese Speaker for Service Industry
Location : Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities :
- Guide and attend cuscomets who was invited by Japanee sales representative to properties which leopapace21 is handling
- Correspondence and arrangement of contract document
- Contracting and negotiating with property owners
- Handling customer inquiries when any trouble was happened and solving problems with cooperating any other related person and owner of propeerty
Requirements :
◆ Japanese communication skill (speaking) - acceptable for any level (N4~, or it's fine if do not have a certificate.)
◆ Cheeful and honest person
◆ Having strong will for working and learning
◆ Being able to communicate in English (at least able to read documents like contract)
Desirable Experiences :
- Has 2 years experience in the same position
Desirable Character :
- An eager to learn person
- Passionate and has a good communication skills
