Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and develop existing distributor accounts (approx. 60%), including relationship maintenance, business expansion, and coordination on pricing, inventory, and delivery
- Conduct new business development (approx. 40%) together with distributors, from initial approach to deal closure and post-analysis (PDCA cycle)
- Coordinate internally with related departments and prepare sales reports, proposals, and data analysis using Excel/PowerPoint
- Maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth business operations and long-term partnerships

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (corporate sales), with proven track record in either existing account management or new business development
・Ability to communicate in English for business purposes (spoken and written)
・Experience in handling distributor or indirect sales channels, including relationship management and coordination with partners
・Strong coordination and communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and proposal preparation
・Valid driving license (SIM A) with practical driving experience
