Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and manage sales activities focused on China trade lanes (import & export) - Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in the China market and related regions - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and communication - Identify new business opportunities and expand cargo volume and revenue contribution - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients - Coordinate closely with internal operations, customer service, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs related to China trade - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and business practices related to China import/export activities - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the International Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry, with strong exposure to the China market ・Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken ・Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ・Familiar with China export and import regulations and business practices ・Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ・Must have own car for sales activities
