Job Description
>Manage sales activities targeting government and state-owned enterprise clients in the construction sector >Identify and develop business opportunities through tender processes and relationship-based (network-driven) sales Build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders in government and state-owned organizations >Support bidding processes including proposal preparation, coordination, and negotiation with relevant parties >Conduct client visits and business development activities >Coordinate closely with internal teams (local management and Japanese office) to ensure project execution and deal closure
Job Requirement
>Bachelor’s degree from top Univ >Strong network with government or state-owned enterprise stakeholders (MUST) >Established relationships within government-related organizations (MUST) >Experience working for construction companies such as general contractors or subcontractors >Proven track record in large-scale or infrastructure-related projects >Communication skills in English (internal communication level)
