Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers
- Perform active business development through cold calling and structured outreach
- Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to build strong relationships
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding specifications and applications
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports
- Stay up to date with new product developments and industry trends
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance
- Forecast sales to support operational planning and product development initiatives
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
- High conversational English or above
- At least 5 years Sales experience in Chemical industry, with proven experience selling to R&D professionals in the Paint, Colorants, or Adhesives sectors
- Established customer database within relevant industries
