Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including industrial clients, contractors, distributors, and end-users. -Promote and present company products such as cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment to prospective customers. -Prepare and provide price quotations tailored to customer requirements. -Conduct negotiations on pricing, specifications, and contract terms to achieve sales targets. -Manage and follow up on sales leads through to successful deal closure. -Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure product offerings align with customer needs. -Oversee project progress and product delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction. -Draft and submit regular reports on sales activities and customer visits. -Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support the development of effective sales strategies. -Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events related to company's product -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
-Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. -Business level of English -Min 3 years of experience as sales engineering for products (e.g., pumps, HVAC, cooling towers) from Japanese manufacture -Strong communication and negotiation abilities. -Target-driven with a strong motivation for sales achievement. -Willing to travel for business purposes.
