Job Description
・Lead, supervise, and develop the Sales Engineering team to achieve sales and technical targets. ・Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers. ・Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product presentations, technical proposals, and solution design. ・Review and validate technical specifications, RFQs, and quotations before submission. ・Coordinate with suppliers/principals for product information, pricing, and technical support. ・Assist in negotiations by aligning technical feasibility with commercial objectives. ・Monitor project progress from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met. ・Handle escalated technical issues and support after-sales team when needed. ・Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, technical issues, and team performance ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min. Diploma's degree ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer and 3 years of experience as Supervisor level (supervising subordinates) handling Electronic Component or Machinery ・Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
