Job Description
- Design and develop plastic molds using SolidWorks based on customer requirements and technical specifications - Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate design and development - Visit customers to discuss and provide direct consultation regarding mold design and technical requirements - Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and proper execution of projects - Negotiate with customers and suppliers when required while maintaining good business relationships - Prepare regular reports and provide project updates to management - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma degree in Engineering - Business level of English - At least 2 years of experience as sales engineer/drafter in plastic packaging or plastic mold manufacturing - Proficient in SolidWorks and able to read and understand technical drawings - Own SIM A - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
