Job Description

Mission: 
This position provides support for, but is not limited to, the technical and sales activities of the Gas Turbine Combined Cycle (GTCC) After-Sales Services Department. The role involves assisting in daily operations related to customer coordination, parts management, and service execution, as well as handling reporting and other company activities to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales service delivery.

1. Parts Management — ~40%
- Manage parts for gas turbines (roll-in / roll-out parts).
- Manage demand and supply of roll-in / roll-out parts for gas turbine units.
- Coordinate among customers, trading companies, and our group company to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Track status of parts during exchange or refurbishment processes.
2. Sales and Customer Account Management — ~40%
 1) Sales & Order Management
- Handle the full sales cycle from quotation, order confirmation, and delivery to payment collection.
- Coordinate with customers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Ensure all documentation (quotation, PO, invoice, delivery note) is accurate and consistent.
- Sales monitoring and marketing (research and analysis) for GTCC After-Sales.
- Support and promote business expansion in sales POV for existing GTCC (Life Cycle Management, etc.).
 2) Customer Relations & Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate internally with Engineering and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Visiting power plants in Java and Sumatra
 3) Payment Follow-up
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and sent on time.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments according to agreed payment terms.
3. Coordination, Reporting, and Administrative Support — ~20%
- Coordinate arrangements for visas, hotel bookings, and transportation for visitors to and from Indonesia.
- Overall GTCC After-Sales coordination among trading companies, our group companies in Japan, and customers.
- Reporting and feedback to our group companies in Indonesia and Japan, and GTCC AS AP headquarters.
- Support plant outage works and maintenance activities.
- Other company activities as required.

Job Requirement

For both fresh graduates and experienced candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Conversion or Mechanical Eng. or International Business/Trading
- Has organizational experience during their educational period.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Business level English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Can go on a business trip to power plants in Java & Sumatra

For experienced candidates *Prefer experienced candidates
- Has work experience related to Sales & Order Management
- Knowledge of power plants, gas turbines, and maintenance methods 
- Knowledge of commercial processes and documentation flow, especially international trading
- It will be a significant advantage to have good knowledge of power plants, especially gas power plants.

- It will be a significant advantage if has a Japanese language skill or graduated from Japan’s University.
