Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Understand the customer's needs and orders, and process them - Coordinate with technical, logistics, warehouse, finance, and other internal team - Ensure all documentation including quotation, PO, invoice, delivery note is accurate - Monitor sales and marketing, including doing research and analysis power industry - Support and promote business expansion - Build and maintain strong relationship with customers - Address inquiries, complaints and follow ups - Monitor payment including ensuring invoices are issued on time and minimize outstanding payments - Coordinate with HQ if needed - Do supporting administrative needs if necessary - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business Japanese proficiency (N2 level at least), and Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as Japanese Speaker Sales Engineer or Technical Staff for Power Industry (related to power plant) and has knowledge in power plant, gas turbine, maintenance ・Willing to do business trips if needed ・Good communication skill, good coordination & team work, able to work with less supervision
