Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, utility, and government sectors. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects, and industry trends. - Generate leads and establish relationships with decision-makers and project stakeholders. - Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. - Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and project discussions. - Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales support activities. - Promote electrical products and solutions including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, motors, inverters, and EPC services. - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents. - Coordinate with engineering and project teams to develop customized solutions. - Provide technical clarification and support during project execution. - Monitor project opportunities and upcoming tenders. - Participate in bid preparation and contract negotiations. - Follow up on proposal submissions and customer feedback. - Support project handover from sales to project execution teams. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines. - Prepare periodic sales reports and market intelligence updates. - Monitor competitor activities and recommend business improvement strategies. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred). - At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer from EPC, power systems, electrical equipment, or industrial solutions companies. - Conversational English proficiency. - Strong understanding of electrical products, power distribution systems, and industrial projects and solutions. - Skills in market research, lead generation, and developing sales strategies. - Ability to prepare technical/commercial proposals, tender documents, and conduct presentations and negotiations. - Capability to coordinate with engineering/project teams, manage customer relationships, and provide post-sales support. - A proactive, customer-oriented, and technically competent professional who builds strong relationships, identifies business opportunities.
