Job Description
- Lead pre-sales activities for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and MV Drives (Medium Voltage Drives) solutions - Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions that meet operational and business needs - Prepare technical proposals, system designs, specifications, and cost estimations - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers - Collaborate closely with customers to understand technical requirements, project objectives, and application challenges - Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal solutions based on customer requirements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers - Support the Sales team throughout tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes - Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Service teams to ensure smooth project implementation and handover - Ensure alignment between customer expectations, technical deliverables, and project requirements - Serve as a subject matter expert for UPS and MV Drives products and applications - Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives - Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and stakeholders - Review tender documents and specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements - Evaluate technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies - Ensure all proposals meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations - Contribute to business strategy development, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering - Business level of English - Have 5 years of experience in UPS, MV Drives, Power Electronics, Electrical Systems and 3 years as Assistant Manager with experience as Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, Technical Sales Engineer or Application Engineer in manufacturing, data centers, infrastructure or power generation - Strong knowledge of power systems, electrical distribution, industrial automation, and motor drive applications - Experience in tender management, technical proposal preparation, and customer solution development - Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, site surveys, and project support
