- Creating sales strategy to increase market share - Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number - Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients - Analyzing cost and sales - Compiling and analyzing all sales data - Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order - Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Job Requirement
・Has Experience as Sales Engineer min. 3 years in manufacture Industries (not job hopper) ・Experienced in Building/Government segment projects ・Have good networking of M/E Consultants ・Target oriented person ・Able to communicate in Business Level English ・Wiling to be placed in Central Jakarta ・Good communication and leadership skill ・Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation ・Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people ・Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients ・Able to work under pressure
