Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate and track customer orders from confirmation through production, delivery, and final export shipment. - Serve as the key point of contact between Sales, PPIC, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing. - Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery timelines, ensuring accurate updates in the ERP system. - Communicate regularly with international customers regarding order updates, changes, delays, and shipment details. - Prepare and manage sales documentation such as order confirmations, delivery schedules, packing lists, and shipping records. - Support new product orders during trial and early mass production stages. - Assist Sales Managers with order tracking reports and customer performance summaries. - Ensure all order management activities follow company procedures and quality standards. - Other tasks as assigned.
