Job Description
- Act as an interpreter and translator (Mandarin–Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients - Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met - Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and project document management - Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth collaboration - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials - Monitor project developments and regularly provide progress reports - Accompany sales team to visit clients - Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed for sales projects
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High conversational Mandarin proficiency - Conversational English proficiency - Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office - Own a driver's license - Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
