Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities - Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, including major customers within the automotive industry - Conduct end-to-end sales activities, including customer visits, inquiry handling, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order follow-up - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships - Lead, supervise, and develop sales team members to achieve departmental goals - Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and projects - Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management - Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively - Support business growth initiatives and contribute to achieving company sales targets. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as Sales (including Business Development) with 2 years of Supervisor level from Japanese trading company, selling automotive parts to manufacture companies ・Own SIM A ・Stable career ・Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation abilities, and able to manage team members
