Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Create and implement Sales Strategies to achieve sales objectives - Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships within the automotive industry - Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new client - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adjust strategies - Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and supporting - Manage and create new RFQs received from customer - Serve as the main contact for tier-1 clients, handling inquiries and conducting negotiations effectively - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelors degree from any major ・Active English Business skill ・More than 5 years of working experience as Sales supervisor or assistant manager in an Automotive Manufacturing Company ・Proven experience in building and maintaining good relationship with key OEMs (2 wheels and 4 wheels) ・Able to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic workplace
