Job Description
- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating procurement processes - Handle sales activities for primarily existing clients and provide regular follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions - Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), quotations, contracts, and other related sales and purchasing documentation - Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers and suppliers - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and monitor order status - Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma degree from any major - High conversational level of English - At least 1 year experience in purchasing from trading company preferably Japanese companies - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Good work ethic and disciplined - Willing to support Sales function (coordinate with several existing customers) - Can join immediately
