Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle customers professionally - Coordinate with warehouse regarding goods delivery arrangements, delivery notes, and invoices - Coordinate with forwarders / shipping agents - Prepare, check, and distribute documents for export and import shipments - Control and monitor stock - Manage delivery schedules - Issue invoices, credit notes, and related documents - Record monthly purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices - Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, and all related parties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s Degree in any major ・1 year working experience as sales admin ・Basic knowledge or strong interest in export-import processes is preferred ・Good command of English (written and reading skills required) ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, reporting) ・Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills ・Strong communication and coordination skills ・Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
