Job Description
- Implement and monitor the company's Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs. - Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards. - Perform risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective actions. - Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports. - Monitor corrective action implementation and effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian HSE regulations and company policies. - Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001. - Develop and maintain EMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and environmental records. - Identify environmental aspects, impacts, and legal compliance obligations. - Monitor environmental objectives, targets, and performance indicators. - Coordinate internal EMS audits and support external certification audits. - Ensure compliance with environmental permits and applicable environmental regulations. - Promote waste reduction, pollution prevention, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. - Monitor compliance with government HSE and environmental regulations. - Coordinate inspections with regulatory authorities when required. - Prepare mandatory HSE and environmental reports. - Ensure all licenses, permits, and compliance documentation remain valid. - Develop and maintain emergency response procedures. - Organize emergency drills, fire evacuation exercises, and disaster preparedness activities. - Inspect emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and first aid facilities. - Coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities. - Conduct HSE induction for new employees, contractors, and visitors. - Organize regular safety campaigns, toolbox meetings, and environmental awareness programs. - Develop HSE communication materials including posters, guidelines, and awareness content. - Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization. - Monitor contractor compliance with company HSE requirements. - Review work permits and ensure safe execution of high-risk activities. - Conduct HSE inspections for contractors and shared facilities. - Prepare monthly and annual HSE reports. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any - High Conversational English proficiency - At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer from any Manufacturing - Experienced in handling ISO 14001 - Disciplined, proactive safety professional with strong integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
