Job Description
- Manage and oversee occupational health & safety activities for group companies, including safety education, advisory support, and internal audits - Lead and coordinate Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives across group companies - Manage and implement BCM/BCP activities, including training programs, emergency drills, and crisis response planning - Monitor and promote carbon neutrality initiatives and environmental sustainability programs - Supervise and ensure proper implementation of 5S activities across departments - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in K3, Safety, Engineering, or related field - Business level English - Min. 8 years of experience as Safety Officer, preferably in Genba (On-site), Manufacturing, Operational - Certified K3 (Ahli K3) from Ministry of Manpower (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan) - Has ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 19011 certification (Auditor or Awareness level) - Strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and Business Contingency Plan - Experience organizing safety programs/events and highly motivated to develop improvement initiatives
