Job Description
-Research and develop new formulations for the butyl rubber currently produced by the company. -Develop new butyl rubber products that meet market needs and customer requirements. -Conduct formulation evaluation, testing, and analysis. -Report development progress and results to the -Manager, Director, and company executives when required. -Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
-Experience in rubber formulation development, compound development, or material development -Experience in research and development of rubber products, preferably butyl rubber -Knowledge of rubber materials, compounding processes, and product evaluation methods -Ability to conduct formulation analysis, testing, and performance evaluation -Bachelor's degree in technology (chemical related is prefered) -Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field
