<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct research on target markets, including demographics, customer behavior, traffic patterns, and economic trends. - Identify potential locations for new store branches using mapping tools, real estate networks, and field visits. - Evaluate site potential by analyzing projected sales, foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and alignment with brand strategy. - Prepare business cases and financial projections for proposed locations, including ROI, breakeven analysis, and cost estimates - Monitor competitor presence and market saturation to ensure optimal placement. - Present research findings and recommendations to leadership for decision-making. - Other responsibilities as needed
