Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee and in charge of store acquisition and development activities
- Research areas which are potential for store openings
- Reach yearly store acquisition target
- Supervise and approve payments for invoice
- Prepare and review all reports that are required by management
- Supervise and bridge process between internal and mall management for new/existing store and revovation/closing
- Strategize for development and provide advice to management (Check actual customer's number and estimate sales and profit, and negotiate with rent price according to profit situation then proposing management)
- Develop store numbers with logical and calculated cost and high return investment in mind
- Negotiate with the land, mall or area owner to have the best deal
- Supervise and review contract draft
- Manage and supervise subordinates in the same division
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Min. Business English proficiency (effective for coordination with expat & foreigners)
・Min. 4 years of experience as Retail Assistant Manager handling Store Development Planning in stationery or office supply industry
・Good communication skill, good decision making skill, good organizational ability, proactive, smart
