Job Description
-Manage and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring -Support sales promotion activities and overall sales/operation management -Coordinate with business partners and support negotiations when necessary -Support new store openings and manage store equipment and operations -Provide Japanese translation support and facilitate internal communication -Work hands-on in store operations, including cooking and customer service when required -Participate in training and development programs to prepare for future responsibilities in new business format launches and top-store management roles - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・More than High conversational level Japanese (N3 level acceptable if communication is possible) ・Having working expeirence in Restaurant (Part-time expeirence is welcome) at least Japanese company ・Strong motivation to work in store operations and grow within the company ・Good attendance and strong sense of responsibility (no frequent tardiness or absences)
