Job Description
- Maintain relationships with existing Japanese tenants through regular visits, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring timely and effective responses
- Ensure tenant satisfaction by providing high-quality support and services
- Handle new Japanese customer inquiries by delivering end-to-end service, from initial introduction and negotiation to closing and post-sales support
- Foster relationships with key Japanese businesses, associations, cultural communities, government entities, and property consultants/agents to build strategic partnerships
- Plan, organize, and oversee events, monthly meetings, and seminars
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team to develop promotional materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, flyers) to enhance the company’s brand image
- Maintain and regularly update the database of Japanese tenants and executive contacts to ensure effective communication
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree graduate, with at least of 3 years study experience in Japan
- Business level Japanese or above (JLPT N2/N1/native) and English
- Min. 5 years of experience as Relations Manager, Tenant Relations, or Sales & Marketing within a Japan Desk or similar function
- Proven experience in client relationship management, especially with Japanese clients
- Familiarity with Japanese business networks and communities
- Willing to be based in Karawang with frequent visits to Subang
- Open to frequent business travel
