Job Description
- Manage applications for import quotas
- Utilize the SIMREK PKH (Sistem Informasi Rekomendasi Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan) to obtain recommendation letters and licenses for products
- Check the HS Code (Harmonized System Code)
- Address other regulatory matters as assigned
- Review Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) (check BM duty, VAT, PPh 22, and customs rates); PIB drafts will be issued by the forwarder
- Verify PIB documents (invoice, PL, BL, and other related documents) from suppliers
- Create delivery schedules and coordinate with the forwarder regarding shipments
- Perform cost calculations for purchased goods to determine the appropriate selling price
- File and prepare tax and customs documents
- Handle customs audits
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in all major
- Min. high conversational English
- 2-3 years experience in handling regulatory and import matters in the Food Trading industry
- Experience with handling applications for import quotas, familiarity with SIMREK PKH, and knowledge of checking HS Codes
- Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented
- Strong logical thinking and good at mathematics
- Microsoft Office proficiency
