Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Communicate with distributors to prepare purchase orders and coordinate with overseas principals. - Monitor import shipments from receipt to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met. - Prepare, check, and manage import documents to ensure regulatory compliance (invoice, packing list, HS Code, FTA, COA, PIB, SKI, LS). - Handle SKI (BPOM import permit), Surveyor Report (LS), other import permits, and prepare BPOM local labeling. - Coordinate with forwarders on shipment preparation, PIB verification, document submission, and customs clearance to avoid delays. - Arrange delivery for labeling and to distributor warehouses, coordinate with warehouse teams, file import documents for audit purposes, and update import schedules. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Fresh Graduates are Welcome ・Min. Diploma of Apothecary Graduate (apt. degree) ・High-conversational level of English ・Minimum 1 year of experience as logistics or supply chain in any industry, have understanding in customs procedures, import regulations, and international trade compliance ・Hold a valid STR and active SIPA, or willing to obtain SIPA. ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ・Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
