Job Description
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers in the several regions in Indonesia, including distributors, auto-repair shops, service stations, and fleet operators.
- Expand the sales network by identifying new opportunities, collecting orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic visits to several regions to engage with customers, address their needs, and promote company products.
- Address and resolve market claims efficiently to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for management review
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
・Proven experience in aftermarket spare parts sales, in several regions of the automotive industry.
・Willingness to travel frequently
・Ability to handle market claims and customer issues effectively and efficiently.
・Strong ability to conduct market analysis and understand market dynamics.
・Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
・Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
