Job Description
- Oversee and support regional distributors to ensure optimal market coverage, sustainable sales growth, and strong brand presence within the assigned area. - Formulate and implement regional sales plans in line with national business objectives and company strategy. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders. - Track and evaluate sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and execute corrective actions to ensure achievement of sales targets. - Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to improve capability, engagement, and overall performance. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related major ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager or above in distributor/retail sales function in automotive, FMCG, lubricant or similar industry ・Proven experience in managing retail sales and distributor management ・Owned SIM A and willing to travel across Indonesia
