Job Description
・Achieve sales target and KPI nationally. ・Plan monthly/yearly promotion activity per national account in accordance with Action Plan. ・Ensure negotiation process with account related to Trading Term, realization of promotion, product listing. ・Controlling and analyzing total promotion realization, stock condition, display in outlets and promotion budget as monthly basis. ・Initiative making proposal for development Modern Trade in regional by effectiveness activity. ・Ensure negotiation process with DC/store level by collaboration teams. ・Active and managing team Key Account /Operational to propose good octivity and reach opportunity. ・Ensure the suitable stock condition in DC, outlet of Modern Trade accounts ・Have ability to see the opportunity MT business and can give the opinion and proposals. ・Strengthen organization (section), personnel skill of subordinates. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major ・5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager handling Nation and Local. ・Business English proficiency. ・Individual with a strong understanding of modern trade and marketing (4P/3C). ・Have an in-depth understanding of planograms and merchandising. ・Have a strong ability and excellent negotiation skills.
