Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage Regional Sales to contribute in sales & profitability by developing and implementing regional sales strategy

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop & implement strategy and plan for the whole regional sales in accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target
- Mange and control customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient  usage of expense, especially promotion expense
- Prepare accurate sales forecast
- Drive market development and enhance share of shelf in his/her accounts
- Build strong & committed customer relationship to national & local modern trade and local distributors
- Books agreed order and follows through until delivered
- Account receivable management
- Sales return management
- Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and SPG MD on MT KA plan's execution
- Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with Sales Director
- Responsible for overall generation of sales of assigned accounts
- Supervise and manage subordinates
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience in the Traditional Trade / Modern Trade (NKA & MTI) Channel in the FMCG industry and managing distributors as Sales
・Experienced in handling subordinates
・Negotiation skills, communication skills, trade spending effectiveness, customer business solutions, management, sales skills, relationship managements, problem solving skills, market analysis skills, etc.
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Willing to be placed in Distributor's office
