<Job Responsibilities>
■Managing Regional Sales to contribute in achieving company objective (sales, profitability) by developing and implementing sales strategy in a Kalimantan . 
・Develop & implement sales strategy and plan for the whole regional sales accordance with overall channel strategy
・Manage and control customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense
・Prepare accurate sales forecast 
・Drive market development and enhance Share of Shelf in his/her accounts
・Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors 
・Booking, agreed, order and follows through until delivered. 
・Account Receivable management 
・Sales Return Management
・Oversee team management & coordination with head office team 
・Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development, agreement of trade negotiation and coordination with Sales Director
・Making sales report
・Supervision work to subordinate. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Business level English
・Working experience in general trading in Food and  Beverage industry
・Able to work in Kalimantan
・Knowledge of trade spending effectiveness
・Team player and proactive person
・Driving license 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Skills of leadership, decision making, analysis,  judgement and acountability
・Living in Kalimantan
