Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise the entire student journey from initial walk-ins to final conversions across all field locations (branches, franchise, channel partners) within the designated region.
- Meet established student number goals for the area.
- Have a thorough understanding of the business model and Standard Operating Procedures for each field office.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned country, focusing on key cities and towns to drive student acquisition through Channel Partners.
- Develop new channel partnerships within the region.
- Work closely with Head Office to organize the region effectively and identify the support required from headquarters.
- Align with both Business Units (country-specific teams) and field offices to understand their expectations and challenges, setting up operational processes in coordination with Head Office.
- Design and implement regional marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing at Head Office.
- Offer on-the-ground assistance for marketing efforts in each region and help customize marketing strategies to suit regional requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Min. Business Level English Proficiency (to communicate fluently with global partners and management)
・Min. 3 years of experience in overseas education industry with 5 years as channel partners (develop and manage b2b partnership i.e. with VISA services or counselling for students)
・Willing to travel frequently
・Good communication skill, ability to collaborate with diverse set of people, and able to work with minimum supervision
